A Heads Up from Northwestern Ontario Writers' Workshop

Hello Joan!
I hope everyone has been enjoying our lovely spring weather (I certainly love seeing the snow banks melt). We have quite a few events coming up so please be sure to read through to the end and mark your calendars!
1) Reading:
Tuesday, March 15th: "A Playful Evening" 
7pm Brodie St. Library, Fireside Room
Come out and hear a selection of 10x10 play readings as well as open mic poetry

2) Write NOWW: Web Compositions

7pm CommuniTea and Coffee

Please join us for conversations with three local web writers. Find out what drives and motivates their writing and how they got started writing in an online medium.

3) 18th Annual NOWW Writing Contest

The Joan Thomas Workshop taking place on April 2nd at Mary J.L. Black Library is now full. There is a wait list set up if you missed your chance to register. If you have registered and realize you cannot attend, please contact me as soon as possible.

5) April Reading: A Novel Experience

We are looking for more blog content and would love to get more from our members! If you have a book or film review (that was based on a book), an idea for a post (your method, what keeps you motivated, your love of stationary/notebooks, how you got started, what you do when you're stuck... anything!) please send me an email :) We would love to hear from you!
Also, if you have a publication coming out and want to promote it, PLEASE email me - I can get up on on social media as well as to the members.
