Peddling Poetry on Bay Street

An e mail from writer Maureen Nadin.

Peddling Poetry on Bay Street/ Poetry Reading at Calico Coffeehouse on July 28th

Greetings All. For those of you who enjoy poetry readings, my brother in law is going to be in Thunder Bay next week ( Wednesday, July 28th , 7 pm ) an after spending 4 years in Beirut, Lebanon and prior to that, various other European locales. He taught for a number of years in Toronto and has been an established writer for several years. His recent books of poetry , “Alien, Correspondent” and “Soul on Standby” have received warm and positive reviews and “Alien” chronicles his unique perspective on Lebanon’s ongoing political struggles.

I’m far from an expert in poetry but I’ve been assured that Tony’s readings are engaging and entertaining. If you are free that evening, please come out and enjoy.
